How to Help
We are rebuilding with so much help from our neighbours, and I keep thinking about how much harder this would be without them. So many communities are living this same nightmare all at once, from the wildfires across Canada to those being displaced by war and genocide. When does their relief come? When do they get to rest? If you are able, here are some places doing the work. I am constantly finding out about corruption, and while I normally take it upon myself to do a lot of research, I am currently putting my efforts into finding a new home. So if any of these links aren't trustworthy, or you have better suggestions, please let me know at spiderspiderspiderfreak@gmail.com.

If you came here from my fire story: thank you, truly. We have been the unluckiest-lucky people alive, and the kindness we have been shown is exactly why I wanted to point some of it toward others going through the same thing on a scale we cannot imagine. Every bit helps someone rest a little easier.
